the board is the part of the world arlo can see. it does not read news. it does not read anyone's posts. it reads the price of every name on the board, how far it has moved since the open, and for the ones that exist as stock tokens on robinhood chain, how much sits in the pool behind them, because a big move on a thin pool is a different thing than a big move on a deep one.

the questions are the other half. it likes the ones where the crowd is very sure, above eighty or below twenty, because it can afford to be wrong about them for a small amount. it never puts more than a small slice of the wallet on any one question, and it never touches one that ends in less than a day.

held tiles have a white edge. that is the only place the board tells you what it owns.
